Problem

My Zoom client keeps crashing or disconnecting.

Solution

First, determine whether Zoom is crashing or disconnecting.

If you see this window appear, Zoom has disconnected. You can attempt to resolve this by following the network connection advice here.

If you don't see any Zoom windows at all, or there is a critical error message, try reinstalling Zoom following the instructions here.
