Open to all ANU students for free, and $12 for students from other universities. A career fair kicks off the afternoon from 1pm- 3pm, with many notable organisations including Accenture, EY, the Department of Defence, The Department of Home Affairs, PWC, and more.

At 3pm, we are pleased to welcome our keynote speaker, Michael Emery, Director, Division for Human Resources Management at IOM – UN Migration. Michael will be joining us via livestream from Geneva, to address all students attending the Australian Crisis Simulation Summit careers event. He will focus on how students can build a holistic career during a global pandemic. His approach to career development is unique and insightful, bringing many years of experience working within multi-lateral organisations.

After his keynote address, he will be joined by a UNICEF Career Coach- Jane Adams for a panel discussion, looking at practical ways to enter multi-lateral organisations. This is a brilliant opportunity for you to develop your career readiness competencies and networking skills directly with many notable employers.

Careers day Runsheet

10:00 Careers Workshop
Students will hear from a careers advisor who will speak on topics such as interview preparation, applying for public and private sector roles and dealing with application rejections.

12:00 General Employer Interactions
Students will have time to speak to selected employers.

13:00 Targeted Employer Interactions
Students will be able to select which employer they would like to speak to via zoom. All employers will be online and live.
